We have many ways to earn points and increase your chances of winning the Spakinect Free GFEs for a Year Contest!

There are 5 different ways to earn points when you visit the Contest page at spakinect.com/contest-login.

1. Share our Contest on social or by email, text or WhatsApp

2. Attend our Youtube Lives or watch the replays. Make sure you enter the secret code word to earn your points!

3. Follow us on social media

4. Download our tools

Simply click one of the buttons to start earning points!

It is possible that something on your browser is blocking the page from loading:

1. Try using a different device

2. Try using a different browser (ie. Firefox, Google Chrome, etc)

3. Clear your cache

This should solve the problem!

Here's how to get back to your GFE Contest Scoreboard page.

1. Access your page directly by clicking this link: https://www.spakinect.com/contest-login.

2. If you're logged out when you get to your contest page, just enter the same email you used to sign up.

As long as you're using the same email address you used to sign up for the contest, you are not doing a duplicate entry, you are simply “logging in”. 

If you could, please email us at contest@spakinect.com and include the two e-mails that you used to signed up. Please let us know which email you'd like us to delete. We’ll delete the extra entry (use the subject line: "2 entries"). Please note it is not possible to combine accounts or transfer points.

Here are the steps to get back to your old profile:

1. Clear your browser cache and restart your computer and browser.

2. Go to https://www.spakinect.com/contest.

3. You should see the login screen: enter the preferred e-mail address you used to sign up.

You should be good to go, just continue to use that e-mail address if you get logged out.

Share your personal invite link with people you think would love free GFEs for their Med Spa.

You can find your referral link on your contest page, under Step 1 (see image below).

Simply click the black box to copy your link and share it by email, text or any other channel.

Every person who signs up for the contest with your link, earns you 200 additional points. That's 200 additional chances to win!

Please note that you earn 50 points for sharing your link.

You'll earn 200 additional points for every person who signs up using your custom invite link. They must use your custom invite link for the points to be added to your account.

Instructions for how to share your invite link are above.

In the interest of keeping the contest fair, we don't have the ability to adjust points. Unfortunately since they didn't use your invite link, their registration won't be attributed to your score.

If you have not received your points it's likely you clicked on a button but didn't complete the action required (i.e. hit "Post" on your share or enter the secret code word on the video you watched).

Please ensure you've followed all instructions when you click the action.

As a note, the contest can be hard to navigate from some phones. If you're using a phone and find after the above steps are still not working, use your computer and log in using the email you signed up with. It should work there!

To get your points for the survey:

1. Click on the 'Complete the Spakinect Survey' button

2. Complete the survey by clicking the link

3. Ensure you go back to the Contest page, click the 'Complete the Spakinect Survey' button and enter the secret code word. Note: if you don't do this last step, you will not get your points, so don't forget to enter the code word!

As a note, the contest can be hard to navigate from some phones. If you're using a phone and find after the above steps it’s still not working, try your computer. It should work there!

1. Click on the colourful button of the activity you want to do

2. A page will open up with #1 and #2 and instructions

3. If you already completed it, you do not need to again

4. Hit the back button on your phone or go to the previous tab on your computer

5. Answer the question

6. Hit the green “Confirm” button to redeem your points

Some phones are hard to navigate for the contest. If you find it’s still not working, try your computer. It should work there.

We found out that some people who have trouble may have an ad blocker on their device.

Here are a few trouble-shooting steps:

1. If you can’t see your scoreboard, you have accidentally logged out and need to sign back in again. Just make sure to use your same email address you used to sign up. Put in your email and click enter again. As long as you are using your same email address you are not re-entering, you are simply “logging in” again. 

2. If you are still having issues, please contact us at contest@spakinect.com and we’ll be happy to get back to you within 1 business day. Please include the following in your email in order for us to properly serve you.

   • What device and browser are you using?

   • Have you tried a different device? Have you tried a different browser? Have you cleared your cache?

   • Do you have an ad blocker?

   • Please send screenshots of the errors you are getting.

   • Please describe the specific issue you're encountering.
